Well, today is Wednesday but I feel it was like a Sunday because we are on Easter week so that means no school and I know it's weird but I kind of miss it! Usually I miss school when I don't travel in vacation so I am bored without anything to do in my house! The good thing is that  later I will be going to my farm with my cousins so that will make me a little happier! Are you bored? Did you travel?

Hey, there is a game that Edublogs challenge made in which I need to chose a student blog from the challenge list, click on a blog on his blogroll, click on a log on the blogroll of the one you just clicked and leave a comment on any post you like! Confusing huh? So then I had to write a post about who did I comment to and which post and why!

I commented on The Week-In Review from Emily because she had a very interesting day and she kind of writes of the same topics I do!

So in the challenge, we were asked to write a post about how we learned about internet safety so enjoy!

When we entered school from Christmas vacations, we started unit 3 in primary so it was about all of communication and technology so we had to create a blog and when we were going to start they explained us all about internet safety with some videos you can watch below! Also in 6th grade we are starting the Exhibition which is like the final project of all 6th grade and the topic that my group chose was related to internet safety it was" Meeting Strangers Online" so we need to start investigating and bringing info about the topic!

Hello, lately I've been adding a lot of widgets to my sidebar! Widgets are kind of small applications or small programs that can display whatever you want such as weather, time, games, calculators, calendars, etc. So I am going to talk about the widgets of my choice :) .
The firsts widgets I added to my blog were the Voki and the Mixpod ! I liked the voki because you can personalize your character and write whatever you want him to say! And the mixpod was very interesting because you can customize the colors, settings and music of your own virtual iPod or other music players!
Then I added the virtual pet which was very cool because you can choose over 15 different animals and change the colors and stuff! Also I added my countdown and time widgets which were awesome because you can change the date of the countdown to whatever date you want and I chose the premier of Harry Potter 7 part 2! Also the time is very cool because people from other countries can see the difference of hours between Colombia and them! I also added 3 visitor counters:
-Blog Counter(didn't find the link)
-Flag Counter
-Flash Web Counter
The blog counter tells me how many people have visited my blog so that is extremely useful to know if I have an audience in my blog! So the flag counter is almost the same but shows how many people from each country have visited my blog. And the Flash web counter tells me how many people are there online in my blog at any moment of the day and how many people have visited my blog everyday! I added my T-Shirt, Lava Lamp and wordle widgets too! The T-Shirt is very cool because you can change the color and the symbol and you can add text to it so I liked it very much! So the lava lamp seemed pretty cool because I like the idea of something moving up and down softly in my blog HAHAHA and the wordle was something cool almost like a brainstorming of myself :) ! And finally I added the weather and the twitter widget! The weather is very interesting because you can compare the weather in a foreign country with Colombia and see the weather at each hour of the day! Also the Twitter widget is useful to me because I use twitter very much so you people can see every tweet I make!

Hey, today we had 2 exams one of maths and the other one of Spanish! I felt very confident in math because the test was of fractions and in Spanish it was a reading comprehension of a very interesting book called "Relatos de un naufrago" which I was also very confident in. Tomorrow is the last day of school so I am excited that we are having a last a break from homework! Are you having Easter week too?

Today I missed school because I woke up sneezing and with fever but the problem is tomorrow in school we are going to talk about the exhibition and choosing the groups so I need to care a lot if I want to go tomorrow! Have you been sick lately???

Hey, one of the activities of Challenge 5 is to tell the story of a picture, so enjoy!

Emily woke up, the day was cold and silent, she knew it was going to be a long day of work. She went to have a shower, she dressed up, she went down to have a breakfast and suddenly she heard her phone ringing but, she failed to answer. It was a message from her boss saying: "Good morning Emily, i wanted to tell you that today you are going to be working with Joseph and Andrew, Bye". She ate her breakfast and went to work. They informed her that Joseph and Andrew were waiting for here at the port, so she hurried. She arrived and prepared everything to sail. They were on open water when, suddenly the waves started to become stronger and stronger. They didn't know that to do! Joseph fell to the sea, they were trying to grab his hand but it was too late, he was very far. The waves were more calmed so Andre and Emily went back and this Story ends in a sad funeral.
